Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–5 business days.
We also ship to other European countries and international destinations. Delivery outside Sweden usually takes 3–6 business days after order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.

Returns
Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day return request period and the applicable conditions, including hygiene-related exceptions for contact lenses and eyelashes.
Because IPL devices are used directly on the skin, we do not accept returns of IPL devices once they have been used, except where required by applicable consumer law. This restriction does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods, or any other mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
IPL warranty
Our IPL devices come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical faults resulting from manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, water or other liquid ingress, or incorrect use.
