Delivery and orders
Where do you ship?
We ship within Sweden, to other European countries and to international destinations.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery to other European and international destinations usually takes 3–6 business days after order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete payment.
How can I ask about my order?
Email info@masabeauty.se with your order number and your question. Please do not send card details or passwords.
Returns and warranty
Can I return my purchase?
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Contact info@masabeauty.se before sending it back. Conditions, return shipping costs and possible deductions for loss of value are explained in our refund policy.
Can opened lenses or eyelashes be returned?
Opened contact lenses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sealed hygiene products, including eyelashes, may not be returnable once the seal is broken. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can help. Read the full policy.
Is there a warranty for IPL devices?
Our IPL devices come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical faults resulting from manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, water or other liquid ingress, or incorrect use.
For full warranty terms, please see our terms of service. This warranty does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Can I return an IPL device after using it?
Because IPL devices are used directly on the skin, the condition of the device, the extent of its use, hygiene considerations and any resulting reduction in value will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Swedish or European Union law continue to apply.
Choosing and caring for products
Will coloured lenses look exactly like the photo?
The appearance can vary with your natural eye colour, skin tone, lighting and screen settings. Check the product specifications and follow the instructions supplied with the lenses.
What comes with my lenses?
Check the individual product page for the number of lenses, whether a case is included and whether care solution is included.
How do magnetic eyelashes work?
Our magnetic lash product pages explain how the upper and lower layers attach around your natural lashes. Follow the instructions supplied with your chosen style for application, removal and care.
How do I choose a hair removal device?
Check the device's technology, instructions and suitability information before buying. If you are unsure which model suits your needs, contact us before ordering.
