Products

Masa Beauty offers coloured contact lenses, magnetic eyelashes, and IPL beauty devices.

Product images, colours, availability, descriptions, and prices may vary or be updated from time to time.

Orders and Payment

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

An order is accepted when Masa Beauty confirms it, subject to availability, payment approval, fraud-prevention checks, and applicable law.

Payment is made through the methods available at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–5 business days after preparation. Delivery to other European and international destinations usually takes 3–6 business days after preparation.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Masa Beauty Return Policy

Masa Beauty’s voluntary return policy is described in the Refund Policy.

This voluntary return policy is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts where the statutory right applies, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.

For goods, the period normally begins on the day after the consumer receives the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the applicable legal rules determine when the period begins.

You may exercise this right through Customer Accounts — Return or cancel your order, or by sending us a clear statement by email or post using the contact details below.

You may also use the standard withdrawal form from Konsumentverket (ångerblankett). Use of this form is optional. Send the completed form to Masa Beauty, not to Konsumentverket.

The withdrawal notice must be sent before the applicable period expires.

Refunds, return shipping, and any permitted deduction for diminished value are handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. These exceptions do not affect rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

Online Return and Cancellation Requests

To access the online return and cancellation function, open Customer Accounts — Return or cancel your order.

Sign in using the email address associated with your order and the verification code sent to that address. Open the relevant order, select the available return or cancellation option, and follow the instructions to submit your request.

If you cannot access the relevant option, contact info@masabeauty.se. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not conditional on using Customer Accounts or obtaining our prior approval.

IPL Commercial Warranty

IPL devices are covered by a one-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects and technical faults resulting from manufacturing.

The commercial warranty does not cover misuse, drops, impacts, water or other liquids, incorrect use, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorised opening, modification, or repair.

This commercial warranty does not limit mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content are owned by or licensed to Masa Beauty and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, infringe third-party rights, or submit misleading information.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use third-party services or contain links to third-party websites with their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law.
