Masa Beauty Return Policy

Masa Beauty’s voluntary return policy is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For distance purchases where the statutory right applies, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day after the consumer receives the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the applicable legal rules determine when the period begins.

You may exercise the right through Customer Accounts — Return or cancel your order, by sending a clear statement to info@masabeauty.se, or by post to the address below.

The withdrawal notice must be sent before the statutory withdrawal period expires. Exercising this right does not require our prior approval.

Refunds, return shipping, and any permitted deduction for diminished value are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Using the form is optional. You may instead send any clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Online Return and Cancellation Requests

To submit a request:

Open Customer Accounts — Return or cancel your order.
Sign in using the email address associated with your order and the verification code sent to that address.
Open the order you want to return or cancel.
Select the available return or cancellation option, choose the relevant items, and follow the instructions to submit your request.

If the option is unavailable or you need help, contact info@masabeauty.se. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not conditional on using Customer Accounts.

We assess return and cancellation requests in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Any review of a request does not make the exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal subject to our approval.

Voluntary Returns

For a voluntary return, contact info@masabeauty.se before sending the item back.

The item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Use and Diminished Value

You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for that purpose, any diminished value may be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

For IPL devices, the condition of the device, extent of use, hygiene considerations, and any resulting reduction in value are assessed under the applicable return rules and law.

Use of an IPL device does not automatically or absolutely remove any statutory consumer right.

Hygiene Products

Contact lenses may not be eligible for withdrawal or return after sealed packaging has been opened where the applicable legal exception applies.

Sealed hygiene-related products, including eyelashes, may be subject to the same assessment where a seal has been broken and applicable law permits the exception.

These rules do not affect legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, or non-conforming products.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Mandatory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is normally issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

We may wait until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
