We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@masabeauty.se before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Use and value reduction
You have the right to inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and function.

If a product has been used more than necessary to determine its function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for loss of value.

For beauty devices such as laser devices, any actual use, including one or more treatment sessions, may result in a deduction depending on the condition of the product and its resale value.

Hygiene products

Certain products are classified as hygiene or personal-use items, including contact lenses and eyelashes.

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Eyelashes and other sealed hygiene-related products may not be returned if the seal has been broken.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used contact lenses
- Opened hygiene-related products with broken seal
- Gift cards
- Sale items where clearly stated at the time of purchase

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

However, you are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
